15:10 UTC — Root cause identified as a misconfigured autoscaling policy following a routine deployment. Rollback initiated.
15:28 UTC — Processing latency returned to normal levels. All queued signals were processed successfully. No data was lost. We have implemented additional safeguards to prevent recurrence.
